Asharqia Chamber presents its best greetings to you and would like to inform you of the letter received from the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 1627) dated 5/6/1439 that is followed by the Council's letter No. (SG / 1342) dated 8/5/1439. It indicated that as of 1/3/2018, there would be a non-authorization of the clearance of consignments of poultry meat and poultry products exported from the Republic of Brazil to the Kingdom in the event that the health certificate approved by the Authority is not attached. Accordingly, the Council received a letter from Saudi Food and Drug Authority (No. 26183 / AD) dated 2/6/1439 regarding the approval to grant the Brazilian side three months in order to apply the health certificate to all consignments exported to the Kingdom.
